Astacon 102 is an A Class 10-100 cleanroom fabric with Kanebo ‘Belltron B31’ carbon containing polyester thread woven into the fabric structure as a 5mm grid. It is suitable for the electronics industry and pharmaceutical cleanroom use. It is certified to EN 1149 pt. 1 and EN 100015.

Python has been specifically woven with the polyester on the face of the fabric for extra durability and the cotton on the back of the fabric for comfort. The fabric has a bright appearance and comes with a water repellent finish. The orange and yellow colours are certified to EN 471.

Atlas

Atlas is an ideal fabric to be used in industries where heavy soiling is normal e.g. from grease and oil. The high cotton content helps to prevent the soiling from penetrating the fabric onto the wearer whilst the inclusion of polyester ensures low shrinkage, less colour loss and better durability.
