KIELDER 185
Kielder 185 offers a more environmentally friendly alternative for those seeking a lightweight workwear fabric. Kielder 185 was developed using REPREVE; a fibre made from recycled materials.
As well as reducing the amount of plastic we use, in comparison to creating virgin polyester; the process of recycling polyester emits fewer greenhouse gases and conserves both water and energy.
The fabric is constructed in a way where the inside face worn next to the skin is predominantly cotton and the outside is recycled polyester. This therefore offers the wearer the comfort of cotton with the hardwearing properties of recycled polyester.
Kielder 185 is the Balance Range alternative to our workwear fabric Cooltex Lite.
